Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. We understand that it is sometimes necessary to change an appointment and we therefore provide this appointment and cancellation policy for your convenience.

Confirmation Calls

We know how easy it is to forget an appointment. As a courtesy, we will call or text to confirm your appointment one business day prior to the appointment date.

Strict 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice of appointment cancellations. While we do not charge for appointments that are cancelled, please understand that when you forget your appointment or cancel it without giving sufficient notice, we forego the opportunity to allocate that appointment time to customers on our waiting list. If appointments are made within the 24 hour period, the client must cancel within 4 hours of the appointment time. This policy is in the best interests of all our customers.

Replacement Lashes

If your new eyelashes fall out within 3 business days of your appointment, we will adjust or replace your lashes free of charge. However, any change in the type or size of lashes will incur an additional charge.

Non- Refundable for all services

Before we provide a service you must sign the customer’s consent form so that you understand the service process. We will ask you what service you want or need, or help you clarify your requirements. If, after you receive our service, you change your mind about the size or style of lashes you prefer or your eyes experience an allergic reaction to the glue or lashes, we will remove the lashes free of charge. However, no refund will be provided in these circumstances.
